I'll be talking about failure demand tonight

I'm really glad to see the peer-to-peer learning night events running again in Melbourne. These are a fantastic format to learn new topics and share knowledge you have with other interested peers. One of the best things about this format is the interactive nature of it, which makes it one of the best ways to find out about the topics you might find useful that you didn't know you didn't know about. Discovery of useful information is a massive benefit of this format.

Tonight I'll be talking about the concept of Failure Demand and how improving this can have a massive impact on your products.

I've approached this in the way that Pieter Hintjens did talks, I have extensive notes and experience with the topic but I'm not making any powerpoint slides. The idea, in keeping with the spirit of the event, is to introduce a concept then open up the discussion with the people there to be as engaging and interactive as possible.
