Templated email... almost
If the purpose of this email was to sell services then this might be one of the lowest quality targeted spam emails I've ever received:
I love the part where they say that the current site is not responsive, since the domain I got this on has a site that's really well made. But in case there was any doubt, the placeholders we see here due to a lack of filling in the template reveals clearly that this email was not sent in good faith.
Unfortunately this sort of email is indicative of an ever increasing amount of dregs in the digital services section combined with communications that allow the bad actors to have substantially greater reach due to automation. This reminds me of an interesting part of many scams though, when you send a sufficiently absurd low quality email you get an effective filter. If the email is too absurd but someone replies to it anyway what can you determine from the information revealed by their reply?
Additionally any reply shows that the email box is live provides some value to a spammer like this since live email lists for company contacts have real economic value to the spammers. This is incidentally why I'm posting the email contents as an image since that will be harder for a spammer to find via automated tools like a web crawler. So please don't reply to these sorts of emails.
