I've been asked to make a list of reading suggestions

Anyone who knows me knows that I read a lot. I'm forever unhappy about how much I read as I'd like to read more but time does not always permit. For a little while in there during 2018-2020 clients flew me out to do consulting and training work, this meant many flights and nights in hotel rooms where I had a chance to get a lot of reading done. Somewhat paradoxically during the covid lockdown I noticed I had been reading fewer books but far more blogs and articles online.

So the other day I got a request for more reading suggestions:

Hey man, do you have a reading list of books you recommend? I've really enjoyed seeing your recommendations pop up in my LinkedIn feed from comments

Here's my most recent pile of books that I'm either in the middle of reading or plan to start reading this month:

My December 2020 book pile

Something that I'd lke to do is to actually make a section of this site that shows what I've been reading. I want to do something a bit more fancy than just a big blob of text in a blog post. Hopefully I can hack something together shortly.
